Deposit/Cancellations:
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a $30 per person/per night charge for additional people. Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 - 5 people (2 people for the Orchid Suite). A $100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 12.4% - 13.4%. Cancellations must be received 60 days before check-in to receive a deposit refund (less a $50 processing fee). Cancellations less then 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the full amount. Some guests like to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to prevent any unforeseen problems spoiling their vacation. "No shows" and early departures are charged the full amount. As a small family owned business it is our policy to make sure our guests are happy.
